Unisys works closely with a total of 1500 government bodies and agencies in countries all over the world, including 300 law enforcement or justice-related bodies. These include major projects in South Africa (national identity card scheme), Australia (systems consolidation in the courts of justice), Brazil (national voting system) and Belgium (systems integration in the ministry of justice).

In the UK, Unisys partners with the Ministry of Defence, the Home Office, the regional police forces and a range of local authorities.

In the United States, Unisys is a trusted long-term provider to the Federal Government and 45 out of the 50 states. These working relationships cover some of the most sensitive projects now being undertaken by the Federal Government.

We partner with the Department of Homeland Security for a range of identity and access management work, including border control, biometric-enabled passes and documents, tracking and monitoring and other security-related activities.

We work with the Department of Defense on high security projects, for which we are rated as a key contractor, capable of working to high levels of security and of managing even the largest and most complex contracts.

Unisys is a leading contractor to states and local government bodies in the US for a range of healthcare and social security services, for benefits administration and for essential services such as driving licences and electronic voting systems.
