TietoEnator and Unisys to Jointly Pursue Outsourcing Opportunities in Nordics and Other Regions

Two companies will provide IT services to select clients

London - September 21, 2007 – TietoEnator and Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) have signed an agreement under which the two companies will jointly sell outsourcing services and solutions to select clients in the Nordic region and worldwide.  The agreement provides a framework that allows Unisys and the Processing and Network division of TietoEnator to cooperate on services-based solutions that include IT consulting, data center and applications services, and end-user support.

The two companies have partnered to provide services to clients, particularly in the Telecoms Operator space. This agreement now allows both companies to jointly approach international companies based in the Nordics and Europe.
