Nick Wilson Named to Lead Unisys United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa RegionsBLUE BELL, Pa., May 31, 2006 – Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) today named Nick Wilson as vice president and managing director of the company’s United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa regions. Wilson will report to Peter Blackmore, executive vice president and president of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Technology.
Wilson comes to Unisys from IBM, where he was General Manager of IBM’s Global Services Business in the United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa and also served as vice president of IBM’s strategic outsourcing business.

During a decade at IBM, Wilson personally led and closed more than $3 billion worth of business. As general manager for all of IBM’s Global Services Business in the region, Wilson had full profit and loss responsibility for an organization with more than $2 billion in revenue and 12,000 employees. He has managed both small business development teams and large, 10,000-person sales and delivery organizations.
Prior to working at IBM, Wilson held leadership sales positions at Data Science Ltd. (acquired by IBM in 1996), the FI Group, AGS Information Services, NCR and Digital Equipment Corp.
