Unisys Sets Date for 2008 Annual Meeting of StockholdersBLUE BELL, Pa., February 19, 2008 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that it will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on July 24, 2008. The deadline for advance notice of shareholder proposals and director nominations for this meeting under the Unisys Bylaws will be June 2, 2008. Unisys announced in January that it had postponed the date for shareholder notifications for its 2008 Annual Meeting to facilitate discussions with MMI Investments, LLP, one of its largest shareholders.
Unisys believes that the rescheduling of its 2008 Annual Meeting will allow it additional time to explore, with its investment banker Bear Stearns, certain portfolio rationalization and other actions that may enhance shareholder value.
